A Monte Carlo simulation that runs entirely in your browser. Drag the temperature through the phase transition and watch a lattice of spins order and disorder; compare local (Metropolis, Glauber) and cluster (Wolff) dynamics; measure the susceptibility and specific heat across the exactly known critical point; and coarse-grain configurations with block-spin renormalisation.
It also simulates the two-dimensional XY model, whose planar spins are drawn as hue, so you can watch vortices and antivortices bind and unbind across the topological Berezinskii–Kosterlitz–Thouless transition.
